前一天在灣仔焱川食燒雞扒定食$70, 前菜只中國白醋浸紅白蘿蔔(以前是沙律,再後期海藻),雞扒厚,無味,無配菜,明知急凍,已要求降低,以前薄燒香口,失望。翌日,請長輩食午饍,同樣燒雞扒定食多8元$78,還多一個蒸蛋,用食具日式瓷器,雖然唔係好高級,但每樣食物盛載的款式各異,當妳食時候,同時欣賞佢的美學。前菜沙律及日式醬汁牛舌蘿蔔,燒雞扒椰菜伴碟,看上起唔焦黑,聞到碳燒香味,雖然多數急凍,但都能保持彈性,味通唔會太咸,蒸蛋基本有蝦,帶子,蟹柳,白果,質素都唔錯。青蛙叫$138串燒定食,前菜,沙律,2串串燒-介茉牛柳,豬腩肉,有汁唔乾,肥油加碳火又見証化學作用,香,迷你鳗魚飯,飯質軟绵雪白(焱川的飯散),望住及拿住隻碗,喜歡佢的質感和顏色。至於銀鳕魚定食$158,雖然我無食,長輩次次食這個最底最值,份量足,看上油脂足。甜品綠茶糕,煙煙靱靱,灑綠茶粉面,茶味濃。
