首先整體嚟講我都係會推介呢間餐廳但主打只會推介紅汁類嘅pasta💁🏻‍♀️成日睇到al dente 呢個字嚟形容意粉即係嗰種Q彈有咬勁嘅口感煮熟咗表面嘅意粉但入面係半熟不硬而係我試嘅pasta入面除咗貓耳朵之外我都覺得做到呢個口感特別係Tagliolini 真係出色👍🏻醬汁方面食唔到忌廉同牛奶嘅味道主要係芝士同蛋黃汁放咗幾分鐘已經變到非常杰身所以唔似一般香港食到嘅卡邦尼而貓耳朵入口嘅感覺好麵粉同澱粉自己就覺得真係一般🥲Handmade Tagliolini Carbonara⚪️傅統卡邦尼手造意大利幼麵⚪️Handmade Orecchiette with Cacio Pepe & Maitake⚪️手造意大利貓耳朵意粉配黑胡椒汁⚪️至於紅蝦同當晚chef’s special 嘅龍蝦就真係我從未食過嘅咁香嗰陣蝦頭嘅鮮味每啖都會食得到每條意粉都充份掛住汁雖然份量比較少價錢亦唔平但我依然覺得值回票價值得一試😋Handmade Fettuccine with Beef Ragu⚪️意大利寬麵配澳洲和牛肉粒⚪️Handmade Tagliolini with Carabineros⚪️手造意大利幼麵配西班牙紅

前菜同湯未去到要特別推介
甜品類表現就更加普通
個tiramisu 仲有啲失望添
不過點完餐之後會有幾片麵包上枱
都建議可以嗌一份湯叫侍應分開兩位上
