To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去到AIA附近見客,越傾越投契,一講就講咗差唔多三個鐘,之前食過嗰個lunch簡直完全消化晒,淨係嘢飲都已經叫咗四杯,都完全傾好晒嘅時候,差唔多餓到我都暈低,送完個客就即刻去搵嘢食,見到有一間魚米,二話不說就入去,仲有下午茶餐,叫一個份量最大嘅魚腐加多春魚米線,大約5分鐘左右就已經有得食,唔好睇多春魚賣相唔多靚,但係超級好食完全冇魚腥味,魚腐米線用魚湯浸住炸完嘅魚腐,吸收魚湯後更鮮甜,反映出用料非常新鮮
