📍 今日嚟新蒲崗打邊爐,七點半已經全場爆曬人勁旺場,餐廳分咗小炒同埋打邊爐,或者兩樣叫埋食都得!試咗店員極力推介嘅海鮮濃湯黃金甲($348)做火鍋湯底,個湯用咗原隻新鮮蟹同蜆去煲,個底仲有半個大南瓜、洋蔥、鴻喜菇同粟米等等,成個湯超級鮮甜。店員仲會幫我哋拎咗個南瓜出嚟再剪開個,方便煲完隻蟹之後先煲南瓜嚟食,又提我哋要飲晒啲湯先好打邊爐,飲得出完全冇落過味精,全部都係海鮮嘅味道。招牌手切肥牛(細碟$208)會片花紋都好靚,淥10秒左右就食得,入口軟滑又重牛味。脆鯇魚腩($78)厚切大大片,同樣淥好快就可以食,淥得太耐就冇咁爽口。餐廳仲有自家餃叫,都幾多特色嘢除咗西芹之外,我哋試咗芫荽粟米餃同鮮蝦雲吞(雙拼$58),前者芫荽味好重,再配埋粟米清甜又幾多汁。鮮豬膶拼鮮牛肉($67)就幾抵食,豬潤都係厚切保留到個口感又帶點粉嫩。呢度同朋友聚餐成個環境氣氛都唔錯,仲要冇收加一、醬油費同茶錢,會有下次!
