To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食完埋單先知，佢地餐牌 例牌份量既菜色好多都係外賣自取有5折優惠，抵食好多!!! 如果係開附近想加送呢間都可以一試。惠州梅菜扣肉 😀 鹹鮮味都有，扣肉肥而唔算膩，不過肉質唔夠軟爛，湯汁亦唔係好黏稠，但送飯都唔差。鎮店酸湯水煮魚片🥲 最失望係呢碟，魚片份量小同好薄身，酸湯味道唔太突出，得辣字，配菜份量多，但就唔抵食了。金牌鹽焗雞 ❤ 半隻 好食，黎到係出煙，雖然得半隻，但4個人share都岩岩好，雞夠香嫩有肉地唔油膩，另上沙薑醬，幾惹味。欖角肉末四季豆 😀 鹹香味濃，醬汁較多，份量有D小，四季豆都幾爽脆桂花瑤柱炒粉絲 😀 最細份，但最好味! 不過食到底就有D油膩。晚市優惠推介A清蒸龍躉仔🥲 味道較腥，魚肉厚實。一般~海味什菜煲 🥲 有粉絲 蝦乾 瑤柱 冬菇等配料蔬菜，湯比食材多，唔算抵食。但食起黎唔會好咸。
