To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我一家人都好鐘意食壽司，經常都會去日本餐廳食野，元氣係其中一間我經常光顧的日本餐廳。元氣既壽司真係唔錯，定期會轉換款式，例如一些季節時限推出既壽司 - 松葉蟹卷。呢款壽司賣相都好靚，味道特別，而且味道配合效果亦好好。壽司定食方面，價錢又唔算太貴，又多款式可揀，一個人都食唔哂，可以同大家share食，再叫一些小食配搭。刺身方面，叫左一碟三文魚刺身，每一件都好厚，叫一碟都唔夠食，因為太中意食三文魚啦。灸燒左口魚壽司係我近排都好中意食既壽司之一，一咬落去就融化，感覺好特別。另外，三文魚頭湯亦好吸引，湯既味道好濃郁，亦有三文魚頭和配料在湯內讓人進食，中意食三文魚既人可嘗試這湯。甜品方面，芝士蛋糕同朱古力蛋糕都好好食，而我個人中意食較冰凍既芝士蛋糕。另外，元氣既環境地方都好寬敞和整潔，令人有舒適既感覺，值得大家去嘗試。
