一直好想食小籠包嘅我,成日想食但不知尖沙咀有什麼選擇,有次朋友話這個商場入邊嘅小籠包幾好食,所以就同左朋友兩個一齊嚟試一試。坐得都闊落而都幾大間,我地叫晒野食因爲份量不少而食不完添。水晶蛋以為是滷水蛋,原來中間仲有黑松露,味道增加不少,當然仲有蛋煮得剛增加不少分數。來到這裡當然要食我最愛的金牌小籠包,來到熱呼呼而且一咬之下好多湯汁和肉味,加少少酸醋和湯十分好食。成日食煎餃,朋友話不如試蒸餃,就選擇了香菇素蒸餃,皮軟熟而入面份量多又清新,少了油的感覺不錯。朋友話有一舊計的紅燒豬手十分岩我地,最後要了三舊,豬手夠淋身又入味,大大隻驚喜不錯。面都有好多上海選擇,我地見到有台灣咁特別就叫了一碗,台式麻醬撈面,有濃郁麻醬味而面份量都好多,二人絕對夠食。之後酥炸黃花魚來到嚇一嚇,沒想到咁大條而且夾出來肉十分之嫩滑,我覺得配醋食更好味。見到薑汁炒芥蘭當然叫,因為自己煮常常煮老,這裡竟然保持到翠綠而且有薑的香。喜歡飲湯的我見到這裡有不少湯品好開心,最後選擇了元盅茶樹菇排骨湯,味道濃郁茶樹菇所以十分香,入面材料不少,清香又鮮甜,因為應該放了不少排骨入去。
