To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

多汁焗豬扒飯

今日冇食早餐，放lunch餓到暈，所以想食個飽啲既，呢個時候去茶餐廳就啱哂。沿住觀塘開源道行到最尾有呢間茶餐廳，入去坐低就叫左個焗豬扒飯，佢話明即叫即焗。等左10分左右就有得食，佢個焗豬炒飯底，好夠汁，啖啖都食到蕃茄味。豬扒都幾林，已經切好哂，刀都唔洗用，啖啖肉，食得好方便。杯奶茶就正常茶餐廳水準啦。同事就叫左個咖哩飯，聞落好香咁，下次會試下。呢間茶餐廳地方都幾闊落，地下同埋餐具都好乾淨，值得一讚，污糟既啲野幾好食都冇用。冷氣唔會太凍，但又幾涼爽。啲阿姐服務都OK，幾親切咁。
