我吃沙律+魚:
菠菜苗沙律 (Baby spinach tossed with avocado, tomatos, pinenuts + parma ham :賣相好有光澤, 其實係厨師落咗大量的沙律油, 比較腻. 菠菜苗,牛油果、洋蔥絲、蕃茄、松子全部都很新鮮,薄薄的巴馬火腿又充滿天然風乾的原始鹹香,其實簡簡單單, 少少salad dressing 會好D.

地方寧静, 適合傾計。

新食物金字塔講求多菜少肉少油, 英文係My Pyramid, 強調個人化,根據性別,年齡,活動量而調整;究竟點解厨師和食肆老板總話晒事,用佢哋嘢口味去下厨,不能夠與時並進?還是顧客没有要求?
