To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日有啲事落咗炮台山,悶悶地唔知道食乜好,諗諗吓有啲想去食叉燒,結果就兩個人走咗去酒樓,諗返起都幾好笑!去到酒樓就唔係淨係食叉燒咁簡單,叫咗個燒味拼盤,燒腩仔加叉燒,燒腩仔果皮夠趣,中間嗰層肥肉夠爽口,叉燒偏瘦,但係唔會乾爭爭,蜜汁夠香!已經好滿足!加咗碟炒米粉,上枱又係大大碟,熱辣辣夠香口鹹鹹地,搞到我又貪心要多咗個中式牛柳,唔知係唔係最近真係食唔夠牛肉,佢個中式牛柳酸酸甜甜,甜甜酸酸,送返個米粉一流!一坐低已經見到佢哋有芝麻卷,一早就叫咗一份,細細條,唔會太甜,好味!依家想食都唔係度度有得食!其實餐飯有個小插曲,話說我叫咗個茄子斑腩煲,茄子食咗一舊勁好味,食咗一夠魚唔對路,好腥,叫過部長,有禮貌咁同佢講,真係食唔到,佢二話不說,攞咗對筷子,夾起一舊魚,食哂,然後望住我,係呀,真係有啲腥,我即刻幫你取消咗佢。唔做作,唔多說話,夠爽快,部長,謝謝你!下次會同媽媽嚟飲茶再食燒腩仔!
