To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日有事到長沙灣一趟，可順便拜會呢間朋友好耐之前推介過的餃子館。餃子館離長沙灣地鐵站約5分鐘步程，沿著馬路一直行，跟著google map好易搵到。呢間餐廳店面非常細，只有4張枱約十幾個位，但有3個姐姐招呼人客，亦不時同似係熟客嘅食客有講有笑，人情味十足。餐牌貼滿牆上，而枱上亦放上餐牌，圖文並茂。因為有太多選擇，有選擇困難症嘅我諗左好耐先做到決定😂，最尾揀左2款：京蔥羊肉水餃 x 蕃茄鮮肉水餃 $33聽說老闆娘係山東人，餃子係正宗嘅，皮薄餡多街坊價。蕃茄鮮肉水餃比較淸淡，帶少許蕃茄甜香。京蔥羊肉餃非常重口味，我都差啲頂唔順🙊 | 原先佢一款味要最少order 10隻，但侍應姐姐好好人咁俾我雙拼☺️ 佢有十幾款口味，如果你面皮厚啲可以叫佢每款俾1隻你，可惜我唔敢😛|
