To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 收工約了朋友到荃灣食飯,Itamomo意樂鄰近荃灣港鐵站,行過去都係幾分鐘,食物選擇多,環境都幾寬敞,Dinner食得開心。香草鮮野菌忌廉天使麵配意大利雜菜湯天使麵帶點忌廉夠味,麵煮得軟硬適中,雜菜湯足料夠濃蕃茄味。加杯我最喜歡的凍新鮮冷壓檸檬茶,每一啖都有壓碎了的檸檬好飲不苦澀,每次我都必點來飲。飛魚籽三文魚炒滑蛋珍珠飯三文魚炒珍珠飯粒粒分明炒得乾身,食落有口感每啖夾雜滑蛋和三文魚。半溶芝士配一口炸雞芝士另上,炸雞炸到外脆內軟,點些芝士一起來吃啖啖肉估唔到又幾夾,細細件好味。
