To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夜晚6:30pm到都要排隊

同家人來食過多次, 都是在假期食晚飯, 為免排隊通常都選擇早點入座, 但星期日事與願違, 6:30pm竟然要排五張枱, 幸好太太無堅持等卡座, 迴轉bar位亦得, 故15分鐘有位了.元氣壽司質素一向都比另一家連鎖店略勝一籌, 款色選擇亦較多, 此間大埔店亦保持一貫水準, 唔會令我失望, 只是現時魚生片已沒以前般厚大, 只因貨價愈來愈貴, 不加價只好減份量降成本, 經營之道無可厚非.
