晚上的數碼港商場,烏燈黑火的,不像一般的商場。只有仍營業的商戶亮起燈,像一點點的燭光,氣氛還是挺浪漫的。在寥寥可數的餐廳中,選了蓮。越泰坊用晚膳。黃咖哩牛腩($88)咖哩味和椰汁味都濃郁,幾乎一點都不辣,質地濃稠,是我喜歡的味道。牛腩份量多,但有點怪怪的,肉質和味道都有點像煲湯豬展,肉呈一絲一絲狀的,不夠軟腍,牛味亦不濃。另外都有薯仔,洋蔥等配料。油酥餅($38)食咖哩當然要點油酥餅同吃啦!油酥餅餅如其名,油香酥脆,而且好吸汁。牛油蒜蓉雞翼($68/ 4只)脆漿比較硬,而且跟雞翼有點"分離". 蒜蓉味香濃,但牛油味似有還無。幸好雞翼都算大隻,啖啖肉。軟殼蟹卷($72)米紙薄而煙韌,裡面包裹著軟殼蟹,生菜,紅蘿蔔等配料。軟殼蟹略嫌有點乾癟,蟹膏不夠豐腴。
