To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得一家人團聚,今日去Brick Lane嘆英式早餐。我們一行六人11:00殺到,餐廳人唔多,工業式裝修幾有特色。我們一人叫咗一個早餐,阿仔啱啱英國返,叫咗everything, 餐一上來,阿仔「嘩,差唔多喎!」似乎幾滿意,最中意咖啡嘅妹亦話咖啡唔錯,食量小嘅家姐叫咗份鬆餅亦啱佢口味。一家人邊講邊笑嘆完早餐,女見到有Sizzling smores, 吵住要order, 老公只好投降,上到來一試,太甜啦,只有阿女食咗一半,小小浪費添。總之大家人食咗個輕鬆愉快嘅周日早餐!
