To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

凱撒沙律份量頗大，生菜睇落偏老，幸好吃下鮮爽沒有渣滓；配料有常見香脆麵包粒及鹹香煙肉碎，混合適量沙律醬，味道OK。特別之處是，另外附上一片普通貨色的蒜蓉多士。扒紐西蘭魚柳天使麵(配照燒汁)份量頗大，顏色鮮艷，一團淡黃色的麵條上，鋪有鮮甜紅蕃茄仔及鮮爽綠豆苗。天使麵炒得恰到好處，爽口彈牙，超級al denta﹗混合甜甜的醬汁，味道超搭配。奇怪的是，照燒汁一般是用啡糖或紅糖烹調，顏色應該是深褐色或褐紅色，但驟眼望下，呢碟天使麵應該是用白糖的。惜魚柳屬一般冰鮮貨色，魚味不濃，烹調味道也較淡，更未能煎到外脆內嫩的境界。餐飲有咖啡及奶茶，小妹揀左熱擰茶，餐廳用英國川寧TWININGS紅茶包汁茶，茶味超濃，小妹還是喜歡傳統茶餐廳用的錫蘭紅茶，微澀芳香的口感，再加上兩片檸檬，別有一番滋味在心頭。
