To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我食拉麵特別中意食啲好濃郁既湯底，豚王就一定唔會失望，佢算係連鎖拉麵店之中好食既拉麵店。同埋我中意拉麵店有得自己揀濃度同拉麵硬度，呢到會有張紙仔俾你圈翻自己個人既口味，咁就可以揀個最岩自己既拉麵。黑王 ($96) 溏心蛋另加$17黑王係用咗日本秘製黑醬，所以湯底都係黑色。我自己就揀咗濃湯底，多蒜蓉，濃香味油，拉麵我就揀咗超級硬。果然拉麵一上枱，我再試一啖湯，果種濃稠度好正。上面係有一球肉碎撈咗黑醬，我撈埋落湯，成個拉麵好有層次感。不過拉麵雖然我揀咗超級硬，但係都唔係話好硬。赤王 ($96) 溏心蛋另加$17赤王呢一碗拉麵應該係我食過辣既拉麵之中最好食，湯底辣得黎唔會死辣，加上由於湯底濃，拉麵好掛湯，真係食得好過癮。溏心蛋都唔錯，生熟度岩岩好。唯一就係略嫌個價格偏進取，一粒蛋既價錢要成$17，連拉麵就要成$113，偏貴。不過因為好食，就算喇，間唔中食下都可以。
