To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前一直想到訪，試過真係想再食！佢餐牌冇一般茶餐廳咁多選擇，但勝在部分款式特別、碟碟夠鑊氣！做得夠「專」，專心做好手頭上嘅所有款式，專門炒飯！今次試咗 #即叫即炸椒鹽豬扒飯 $78雖然餐牌寫預15分鐘，但感覺上好快就上枱，一上枱已經聞到陣陣椒鹽味，豬扒大大舊，飯份量亦非常多，一般女仔食唔曬！佢粒粒飯都金黃色，被蛋汁包裹住，但點餐時想冇咁邪惡可以揀白飯！不過我最鍾意係佢碟碟飯都除咗肉多、飯多，仲菜多，伴碟嘅菜一啲都唔hea，唔會過「稔」，夠曬爽口！

今次試咗 #即叫即炸椒鹽豬扒飯 $78
雖然餐牌寫預15分鐘，但感覺上好快就上枱，一上枱已經聞到陣陣椒鹽味，豬扒大大舊，飯份量亦非常多，一般女仔食唔曬！
佢粒粒飯都金黃色，被蛋汁包裹住，但點餐時想冇咁邪惡可以揀白飯！
不過我最鍾意係佢碟碟飯都除咗肉多、飯多，仲菜多，伴碟嘅菜一啲都唔hea，唔會過「稔」，夠曬爽口！
