To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢日放工之後同男朋友去咗九龍灣呢間隱世茶餐廳食dinner，呢度嘅地方好大，可以容納到好多人。打開餐牌，見到啲嘢食真係好吸引，晚市有多款唔同既鑊氣小菜可以選擇，價錢亦都唔貴。今次點咗蜜椒金薯牛柳粒，牛柳加上黑椒同蜜糖一齊炒到好香，甜甜地又帶點辣，層次豐富！另外仲有好健康既清炒萵筍蝦球，萵筍新鮮爽脆，配埋彈牙嘅蝦球，正！最後就係呢個黎茶餐廳必食既枝竹火腩煲，夠哂地道，呢個煲份量好足，夠哂飽啊！小菜仲跟埋飯同例湯，好豐富！
