To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日喺中環Formula E到做完野打算行紅隧返屋企,但去到灣仔見到排長龍塞哂車,於是改路行東隧返屋企,但出到東隧後有D肚餓,於是就兜咗入去搵食,兜咗一個圈後諗諗吓超過大半年無食過南記,於是再兜多個圈搵位泊車啦,最終都要兜多兩個圈先搵到個位泊車。入到店內排隊等落單比錢,前兩個大陸阿姐叫一樣野都叫咗成五分鐘。終於到我落單,叫咗個珍寶小窩米線大麻辣,落完單等叫號碼啦......等...等了又等,等咗接近十分鐘(食咁多次都無試過等咁耐)我行埋去問個姐姐,原來我張單105佢打咗015...終於拎咗碗米線,終於可以開餐其實一直以來食湯麵我習慣係先飲咗個湯先,今次都唔例外,但今次係超失望!麻辣大辣唔辣不在話下,個湯超咸!算啦,唔再飲個湯!其實個珍寶有五個餸,包括魚蛋、牛丸、墨魚丸、魚皮餃、春卷正常嘅配料係無驚喜,包括魚蛋、魚皮餃&春卷但牛丸唔知係咪轉咗供應商,粉多到一個點,一D都唔彈牙,完全係似街市買D平價牛丸嘅感覺!而墨魚丸係有陣雪味超難食!我諗我都唔會再黎,一來呢次嚇怕咗,二來搵位泊車真係超難。

其實一直以來食湯麵我習慣係先飲咗個湯先,今次都唔例外,但今次係超失望!
麻辣大辣唔辣不在話下,個湯超咸!

正常嘅配料係無驚喜,包括魚蛋、魚皮餃&春卷
但牛丸唔知係咪轉咗供應商,粉多到一個點,一D都唔彈牙,完全係似街市買D平價牛丸嘅感覺!
而墨魚丸係有陣雪味超難食!

我諗我都唔會再黎,一來呢次嚇怕咗,二來搵位泊車真係超難。
