To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

仍記得十多年前一諗起新記，就會諗起佢既「辣醬」「咖哩魚旦」…..只要係食得少少辣既，都心思思想試……從$5/6 一餸，食到$10一餸。前幾年開始，雖然發現整體食物水準下降，但個「辣醬靈魂」仍在。今日再試，已經完全唔係之前既味道…..個辣醬辣而不香、鹵水唔入味，已經無咗「新記」既特色。今日既雞翼尖仲有d怪怪既麵粉味。而侍應阿姐係會企向你隔離「望實」你點咩野。可能因為疫症，生意難做，轉手咗無限次。軀殼雖在、靈魂已滅….可惜、可惜
