To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次去食 Ikea 既瑞典餐廳都會令我覺得非常開心。 有各式各樣而且價錢相宜既食物比你簡，真係花多眼亂。咖啡汽水仲要只需比一次錢就可以了無限任添。放假時行下ikea，行到攰就去餐廳休息下食下野，唔洗怕銀包負擔唔起，又唔洗怕嗌得少會比人歧視，真係食得安心又放心。 今次循例嗌左最common既肉丸 & 小食拼盤。呢2樣都無須多講，我相信大家都已經食左無數次。而三文魚沙律係我每次都嗌既小食，30幾蚊有3大片煙三文魚，沙律菜亦新鮮爽脆，再加上檸檬汁&三文魚他他醬，好fresh好清爽，好開胃。最令我感到surprise ge係豬手！個皮收件雖然已經淋左，只有微脆但夠惹味。而且肉質嫩滑，一d都唔鞋，夠濕潤唔會乾，最重要係唔會過咸，配埋酸椰菜&烤薯波，一大份先只要60幾蚊！性賣比非常之高！平時係西餐廳食一份都要百幾二百蚊！要求唔高但又想過下口癮既話，ikea幫到你😎。
