To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚約了一家之煮睇話劇,但今晚她沒有什麼胃口,可是睇話劇前總要食點東西,所以我們就去了小雨天食米線啦~一家之煮點了腐竹排骨雲南小鍋米線($36),湯頭清甜但排骨一般,炸得乾乾的,不討好~ 不過腐竹就廷不錯,很吸湯,跟米線很搭配呀!小妹則點了酸菜肉鬆鍋飯($37),原鍋上桌,肉鬆經調味後,鹹鹹香香的,很下飯!加上酸菜爽脆又酸酸的,連小妹平常不愛吃飯,也吃了一大半~因為想食點蔬菜纖維,所以多點了一份豬骨湯野菌($27)~ 想不到是那麼大份的!整整一大碗都是菇及紹菜,放湯是最好! 才一百大洋,就食得飽飽的~ 其實是點太多了,二人食得話,其實一份麵食或飯加一份菜都非常足夠,只怪我們低估了一份的份量呀~~
