To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日中午時段,又係時候到我的地頭「大角咀」搵食~~~~經過「奧柏.御峰」樓下,見到呢間新開的茶餐廳門口好多人等位,好奇之下就攞張飛等下位先!!~~~可以地方大,又流轉得快,所以等佐15分鐘都有位了。茶餐廳裝修幾有香港特色~~~枱面有茶餐廳必備的「鹽、糖、胡椒」枱下的櫃筒有餐具、獨立包裝的糖、辣椒油同辣椒醬中午餐牌好簡單,得5板紙~~~點了一個好似signature 的「犀飛利銀芽肉絲脆麵」同「滋味焗鮮茄豬扒飯」(聲稱選用意大利番茄)今日天氣成28。C,所以兩杯餐飲都點了凍飲 (+$3.0)「凍奶茶」好飲茶膽配方調得不錯,入口令人愛上。「凍檸茶」同樣好飲可能跟奶茶同一個茶膽配方,有種獨特茶香,令我飲不停。「犀飛利銀芽肉絲脆麵」果然犀飛利,一上枱「嘩!~~~」一聲銀芽肉絲同脆麵分開上,食先淋上去,咁D麵就唔會「林」晒!!炸起「高高的」的脆麵,唔油膩,好香脆,只係HK$51, 好大碟,抵食!!「滋味焗鮮茄豬扒」聲稱用意大利蕃茄,蕃茄味好濃,不過我覺得偏「酸」佐少少很多芝士,正!!豬扒都好「林」炒飯底,加佐「藜麥」,好健康最後埋單唔算好平HK$108, 但份量多,其實三個人食都夠。總結:-

總結:
- 環境企理整潔,裝修富有香港特色
- 食物味道不是驚為天人,但茶餐廳價錢來說好不錯了,我喜歡這兒「茶膽」的味道,奶茶、檸茶都好飲。
- 看到很多食評說「服務態度」不好,但當天整個過程都未見很令我不滿的地方,落單上菜都沒出錯,每次有要求都很快回應我們; 當然我不要求有高級餐廳質素,暫見服務態度正常
- 標價不算平,但份量很多,性價比都算高
