To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日咁啱同老公出去觀塘行下，醒起曾經有朋友同我推介過一間川菜嘅餐廳，就即刻問佢係咪呢間餐廳🤣🤣朋友仲推介我地一定要試招牌水煮魚🐟一上枱我地就聞到超級香既辣油味，啱晒我依啲鍾意食辣嘅人😆😆佢嘅份量比起出面嘅餐廳要多完全食得飽🤓仲要係魚片嚟嘅，方便晒我呢啲懶人🥳魚片食落去好滑同埋好鮮。佢既配料都比得好多，例如豆卜、萵筍片、芽菜、蓮藕片及寛粉。配料最欣賞就係佢哋嘅寛粉，超級彈牙同埋煙韌，食落去唔會好霖，超讚👍🏻🥰而家嘅天氣又開始轉涼，啱晒而家嘅天氣食，食完之後食好暖身😙😙大家咁啱經過又想試下川菜可以試下呢間餐廳實會有驚喜😆招牌水煮魚 $168
