To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我最愛食酸辣米線，每間酸辣米線店舖都有它的味道，而雲貴香也是我最愛之一雖然雲貴香有很多分店，但是我總是覺得屯門這間分店特別好味，份量特別多，情意結啊。腩肉薯粉 雲貴香的腩肉偏瘦，啱晒不喜歡吃肥肉的我，每次都必點，腩肉非常入味，薯粉也非常彈牙，酸辣湯底非常開胃，薯粉配合肉碎芽菜一起食吃，真的非常回味豬軟骨水晶粉，雲貴香的豬軟骨也是必點的，有三大塊豬軟骨，份量很多，豬軟骨爽爽脆脆，連肉一起咬碎，口感好正另外我們還點了腐乳通菜，夫妻肺片，麻辣雲耳，都是必推小食。很喜歡雲貴香的味道，她專屬的雲南米線味道
