To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前去啟田商場見開咗呢一間新嘅泰國菜,我就去咗食下午茶🥄。佢嘅下午茶都有好多唔同種類嘅食物,除咗焗飯外,都有炒麵、炒飯或者其他小食等等,都算幾多選擇。咁我自己就叫咗呢個迷你黃咖喱牛肉焗飯🍛配炸豬皮。迷你黃咖喱牛肉焗飯 $38本身呢都會擔心下午茶分量少啲,點知上菜時候發現焗飯係好大兜,唔係迷你😨。如果食咗lunch嘅話呢應該唔會食得晒成兜焗飯嘅,一係要兩個人share一齊食啦。咁最重要係黃咖喱,帶有少少辣,牛肉🐮就係以牛肉碎上,見佢鋪晒係焗飯面頭。咁你會見到焗飯上面再加多層芝士🧀,令到成個焗飯更惹味同好飽。炸豬皮🐷加錢嘅小食,份量多,同朋友share啱晒。不過豬皮可以炸得更脆/配汁可能更好。
