To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情冇得去旅行好掛住台灣,今日放工之後同朋友一齊黎到呢間食返個台式便當止下癮。呢度除了便當外,還有紅燒湯麵和乾拌麵系列,仲有唔同的台式小食同埋台式飲品,選擇都唔少。滷雞扒便當個便當來了之後都幾驚喜,雞排大大塊,肉嫩多汁,完全唔乾柴。配菜方面有粉絲、粟米粒、菜、鹵水蛋、同埋好滋味的菜脯,撈飯一流。食完真係超飽。紅燒牛丸牛筋麵呢個麵個湯底有少少辣,麵質都係便有咬口同掛到湯。最鍾意佢個牛丸,成粒丸完全係啖啖肉,而且入面食到一粒粒牛筋,感覺好真材實料。 小食方面就叫左個炸花枝丸一齊share,唔會太乾,入面仲保持到濕潤。飲品方面就加錢叫左芝士奶蓋金萱青茶二重奏和芝士奶蓋夏日荔枝紅茶,個芝士奶蓋好綿密,青茶解膩,荔枝紅茶係飲得出好濃荔枝味。而且朋友那杯擺到食完飯先飲個奶蓋都冇溶到 落去,感覺落足料打。
