To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前百分百出品嘅餐都唔錯,最近太唔稳定,同一個餐嘅差別係咁大 食開既有雞扒&梅菜扣肉&雪菜米&印尼炒飯&叉燒飯&咖哩牛腩&梅菜扣肉飯&海南雞飯 味道都唔錯。唔知點解最近大失水準。 夜晚外賣咗印尼炒飯 中咗伏,炒飯嘅蝦醬仲有一舊舊未散,蛋又炒到一块块。未食過咁差嘅晚餐。失哂水準。 諗住可能夜晚廚師換咗,今日午餐又去試下,同同事一齊去食,叫咗雞扒香蒽飯&芙蓉蛋飯&咕嚕肉 又中伏 咕嚕肉唔脆顔色又暗,芙蓉蛋又淡茂茂,雞扒又軟自身唔香囗,冇一樣食得,錢又比咗肚仔仲未飽,真係浪費食物的一天。睇嚟又要揾過第二間食啦!完全同以前兩回事!
