今晚去咗台灣麵食飯,我哋兩個人,分別叫咗兩個套餐,朋友叫咗雙格套餐,自己就叫咗紅燒牛肉新竹米粉。先講朋友既,即係一個碗分咗兩格,自由組合兩種口味,都幾好唔使咁單一,朋友㨂咗紅燒牛肉飯併炸菜肉絲新竹米粉,兩者都幾入味,但係個碗似乎太細,放牛肉飯還可以,但放湯米粉嗰格,就真係窄咗少少,D湯好快比米粉吸晒,食湯粉最怕唔夠湯,而且個碗中間位置仲崩咗一大忽,即時扣分。輪到我嗰個紅燒牛肉新竹米粉,米粉幼滑,湯底夠味,撚手嘅牛肉當然好味,份量唔少,而且件件都好大嚿,筋肉相隔嘅牛肉,口感唔錯,軟硬剛好,但食到最後嗰兩嚿,居然咬唔入口,實在好硬。其實,成碗麵都好好味,就係唔知點解要搭兩嚿咁失分嘅牛肉。不過,跟住飲番杯冰凍烏梅綠茶,解渴順喉,即時爽晒。

輪到我嗰個紅燒牛肉新竹米粉,米粉幼滑,湯底夠味,撚手嘅牛肉當然好味,份量唔少,而且件件都好大嚿,筋肉相隔嘅牛肉,口感唔錯,軟硬剛好,但食到最後嗰兩嚿,居然咬唔入口,實在好硬。其實,成碗麵都好好味,就係唔知點解要搭兩嚿咁失分嘅牛肉。
