今日嚟到大圍新開嘅日式居酒屋 - 木子居酒屋,店內嘅裝潢以木系為主,座位除咗有吧枱同同榻榻米之外,仲有用晒啤酒箱做枱腳嘅餐枱,而牆身擺滿清酒做裝飾,入到嚟真係好似去咗日本,啱曬一大班人嚟傾計聚會呀!我哋坐定定之後,就開始掃 QR code 點菜啦~餐牌上面都有好多唔同嘅選擇,沙律、小食、剌身、壽司同串燒等等,每樣都好想試試呀。蕃茄同沙律菜清新爽口,加上胡麻醬,濃滑又香口,令我哋胃口大開。因為魚乾係以味醂醃製,帶有少少甘甜嘅味道,配埋沙律醬,送酒一流呀~即係海膽、吞拿魚腩蓉、帆立貝剌身,食落口感軟綿綿,唔單止有海膽同帆立貝嘅鮮甜味仲有香滑嘅吞拿魚腩蓉 。蟹鉗嘅肉質鮮甜,仲好結實同飽滿架!雞頸肉嘅肉質比起其他部位更鮮嫩,仲有豐富嘅肉汁。豚肉中間包住啲豆苗,配上埋醬汁燒得好香,食落爽口juicy,呢個配搭唔錯~青椒仔上面加咗木魚絲,食起嚟有微甜同爽脆嘅質感。材料雖然只有溫泉蛋、紫菜、木魚絲同炸天婦羅脆脆,但係簡單得嚟又好味,浸咗湯嘅天婦羅脆脆依然香脆香口,蕎麥麵仲好彈牙㖭!
