呢間專食牛嘅火鍋店, 有超過十款牛嘅部位畀你揀唔同部位要淥嘅時間都唔一樣, 一般只需要淥6-13秒, 完全切合店名616店內裝修好有懷舊香港特色我哋一行二人食量不大, 只係叫咗兩款牛, 一碟菜同一底烏冬滑尾龍牛後腿部位嘅肉, 脂肪比較少, 將牛肉同生蛋撈勻, 落鍋8秒就食得, 雖然牛片無咩脂肪, 但被蛋漿包圍簿簿嘅牛片出奇地嫩滑, 牛味非常濃郁 不過份量就細左D, 唔係好夠喉。匙柄牛肩胛裏脊肉嘅內層, 肉質結實, 嚼勁適中, 落鍋6秒就夠, 幾乎係拖一拖就食得, 千祈唔好淥太耐, over 左就會過韌架啦
