To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大圍出左名多美食,金城茶餐廳係其中一間大圍名物,由細食到大。金城名物係椒鹽豬扒飯、生煎肉餅飯同佢既辣菜甫,今次食左椒鹽豬扒飯、焗芝士豬扒飯同乾炒牛河。✨🐖 | 椒鹽豬扒飯 ($64)豬扒乾身又夠椒鹽味,但識食一定要叫多料頭,會令到豬扒更加juicy同惹味。食之前將豬扒同白飯撈勻,建議再加一匙金城既秘製辣菜甫(為左呢個去咋🤭),啖啖飯都夠晒味,很好。🧀 🐖 | 焗芝士豬扒飯 ($77)同期望有落差,唔知係咪舊式既焗飯…5分鐘都唔夠就上枱,好似無焗過咁,見唔到食唔出芝士,同鮮茄豬扒飯炒底無分別,不過豬扒茄汁同炒飯呢個組合係無得輸既。🐄 | 乾炒牛河 ($64)呢個乾炒牛河炒得好濕,成個底都係汁,完全唔乾身,係另類既濕炒牛河。總括黎講,去金城食佢既招牌菜好啦,叫其他野真係要諗諗🫣p.s. 同餐廳反映,佢仲要比返碟人地食淨既濕炒粉比你睇,話你知咩先係真正既濕炒🤷🏻

同期望有落差,唔知係咪舊式既焗飯…5分鐘都唔夠就上枱,好似無焗過咁,見唔到食唔出芝士,同鮮茄豬扒飯炒底無分別,不過豬扒茄汁同炒飯呢個組合係無得輸既。
