大圍我知一向都多嘢食,但係屋企太遠所以冇乜機會試,今日難得同屋企人入到嚟,就試一試頗有名氣嘅大圍小館門口都好有特式勾魂叉燒果然不負招牌菜之名,侍應先用火槍喺面前燒香燒脆個表面,燒嗰陣已經聞到肉香味,食落去厚切叉燒啖啖肉好有質感,而且好腍,底下啲脆米爽埋一直食仲有層次,配上自製梅汁真係無得輸啫啫唐生菜煲 ($128)天氣凍食個熱辣辣嘅煲好正,離遠已經聞到好香蝦醬味,食落好入味,送飯一流手剁蓮藕餅 ($138)蓮藕餅煎得好香,而且食得出唔係死實實,而係手剁嘅質感,仲要唔太油,所以話簡單嘅菜式更凸顯出功夫嘅分野黑松露醬松子仁炒飯 ($168)呢個炒飯真心推薦,黑松露味極重,而且唔好睇松子仁好似好普通,其實一啲都唔平,而餐廳都好肯落材料,所以松子仁味都好出,炒埋一齊好好食!最後仲有腐竹糖水送添!
