To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去大圍拜年，之前M先生已指點迷津有咩好味，而“金城”嘅肉餅係必食之一。去完“坤記”食魚肉，就嚟金城喇。四個人繼續分嘢食。要咗煎肉餅飯、廈門炒米、4杯嘢飲。煎肉餅好大份量，質感扎實有肉味，帶薑同芫荽味食落口唔膩，又香口。廈門炒米酸甜度剛好，夠鑊氣，材料都幾豐富。送枱面任食嘅辣菜脯嚟食，辣辣地又爽口，略嫌太細碎，但味道冇過鹹唔錯。凍奶茶走甜少冰，幾有茶味，同奶都幾平衡唔錯。之後上返好友屋企繼續飲酒吹水﹏🍷
