To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

目的係食佢個炸魚皮 以前細個食好好食 今日食就有啲唔夠鬆化 炸得偏硬 要浸湯浸耐啲先食點左佢個牛筋米送炸魚皮 加凍奶茶個米粉一泥已經朔晒水 比既湯唔夠多食食下 無着制服嘅一位叔叔（應該係老闆我見佢主要收銀)比多左碗湯我點炸魚皮 算係細心粉麵鋪飲奶茶就預左唔會係好飲既 杯奶茶都飲淨一半
