To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很喜歡吃烤鴨,今天相約兩位朋友到大圍試試。三人行點了一個二人A套餐和額外食物。套餐先來小食,有醉雞及烤麩,味道不錯。之後是金湯蟹肉海皇羹,份量不少,三個人分也ok。再來翡翠乾燒大蝦,大蝦燒得乾身但也能保持蝦肉彈牙。套餐主菜當然是北京烤填鴨(半隻),現場可以透過玻璃大窗看見兩位工作姐姐在切片皮鴨,有講有笑不亦樂乎。片皮鴨切得整齊,賣相漂亮,味道也不錯,雖說半隻,但份量沒有足半隻,只能說是例牌,不過三個人分,還是滿足的。之後,套餐有松露百合翡翠,細細一碟,但等了差不多1小時,催單三次,快要埋單才成功上枱。另外自己額外加了無錫灌湯小籠包和蟲草花炒翡翠苗及鍋貼。小籠包味道不過不失,反而蟲草花炒翡翠苗,非常好吃,是吃得出的新鮮蔬菜味道。鍋貼味道正常。
