今次我就到訪大圍嘅皇帝禦膳房命名嘅「上陽樓」。中菜館用咗奢華嘅設計,深綠色嘅牆身配搭鏡面打造高級感。荔芋油鴨臘味煲選用口感更佳嘅荔芋,油鴨和臘味嘅油脂滲哂入湯汁入面,餸飯就真係一流。生炒臘味糯米飯糯米飯粒炒得夠香,口感煙煙韌韌。臘味夠油香,食落整體都唔會乾身。香煎琵琶豆腐首先將鯪魚肉釀入豆腐當中然後再經過香煎,值得一讚嘅係豆腐外皮香脆內層又唔會散開。招牌京烤骨睇個樣仲以為係紅燒肉,依款京烤骨炆煮到肉質勁腍又會粘骨,煮到好入味。
