想不到圍方開了一間那麼美的中菜,非常適合和家人一起食的,環境非常舒服。店員服務很好,會一直幫忙加茶,而且很盡責把碗碟收拾。今天晚上點了一個二人晚餐$688,菜的份量非常足夠二人食用:涼拌椒香鮑魚 🌶️Chilled Abalone, Spicy Sauce 這個頭盤非常惹味,藤椒味不會太搶但非常香,有萵筍把藤椒汁吸滿滿,鮑魚非常有咬口而且很新鮮。野生冷菌燉花雞湯 🍲 🍄‍🟫 🐓 Mushroom Chicken Soup雞湯用料非常豐富,雞湯精華不膩,原汁原味,而冷菌很新鮮而且營養多。豉汁蒸爽鱔 Steamed Eel, Preserved Bean Paste一上菜已經聞到香香的豉汁味道,爽鱔肉質鮮甜很爽脆,另外豉汁調得剛剛好,一定要配白飯啊!魚湯鮮竹菜苗浸魚腐 🥬Poached Fish Dumpling, Bean Curd Sheet ,Fish Broth所有菜及魚腐全部都能夠在魚湯吸收,魚湯做得很鮮味,魚湯是這個菜的精華,另外魚腐一吃就已經爆汁了。脆皮妙齡乳鴿🦆Roasted Crispy Baby Pigeon即點即炸,外皮炸至金黄色,吃起來是皮酥肉嫩,不會吃到油油的口感。

訂了6:30晚飯,到了餐廳就被相中的知客安排到裹面大廳的5位枱,當時餐廳人客不多。開始上菜後,裹面大廳客人坐滿,由於大廳的裝修不當,噪音達到82分貝,令我們全家都頭痛。旁邊另一桌遲來的客人也因為噪音要求知客換到外面大廳多位置。我們向知客投訴為什麼安排早輪到的客人在噪音這麼大的位置,她並沒有合理解釋,投訴了半小時才有陳姓經理到來給予一些如餐廳忙,噪音大的解釋!其中一位經理還說其他客人沒投訴。其實適當的餐廳設計不可能會因為坐滿客人就有80分貝的噪音,作為客人,花上人均消費HK$200-400來這樣環境和服務的餐廳,簡直是受騙!我們會向消費會投訴這間餐廳,希望不會有更多客人受騙!
