以前讀𝐮嗰陣都成日出大圍食飯,都冇發現原來大圍有咁多日式餐廳,今次黎圍方行就去咗試下附近既一間居酒屋,佢地既牛舌係近期食過最好味之一,拜託大家黎既話一定要試下佢地既厚燒牛舌心呀!!! (´ސު`) ᵕ̈ 厚燒牛舌心 $𝟏𝟏𝟖ᵕ̈ 牛油果松葉蟹肉脆殼卷 $𝟏𝟔𝟖ᵕ̈ 雜錦天婦羅 $𝟏𝟎𝟖ᵕ̈ 胡麻豆腐蕃茄沙律 $𝟕𝟖ᵕ̈ 豚肉豆苗卷 $𝟒𝟐ᵕ̈ 柚子生啤 $𝟕𝟖首先講咗佢地既【厚燒牛舌心】!! 我用隱世黎形容佢係因為無論係𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞定𝐢𝐠都好似冇咩人介紹過佢地既燒牛舌!上菜嗰陣係3舊望落黑黑地燒到焦香既牛舌,夾起先發現原來每舊都已經預先切好一片片,牛舌心既中心係呈粉紅色既,咬落係好軟嫩得黎帶少少爽彈,真係一份好出色燒得啱啱好嘅牛舌心(꒪´꒳`꒪) 絕對會為咗呢份厚切牛舌心再訪!鍾意試唔同餐廳既卷物既我叫咗份【牛油果松葉蟹肉脆殼卷🦀🥑】試下~呢份卷物好足料,中間既軟殼蟹炸得好酥脆,面頭仲有少少松葉蟹肉同牛油果做點綴,卷物既飯都好有心機咁用醋飯整成,係份唔錯既卷物喔(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)朋友話想食天婦羅就叫咗份【雜錦天婦羅】,佢地既選材幾有心機,出咗天婦羅蝦🦐同南瓜、茄子、冬菇之外,仲有用魚做食材,炸物唔油

首先講咗佢地既【厚燒牛舌心】!!

朋友話想食天婦羅就叫咗份【雜錦天婦羅】,佢地既選材幾有心機,出咗天婦羅蝦🦐同南瓜、茄子、冬菇之外,仲有用魚做食材,炸物唔油膩,如果個炸粉可以整得再薄啲就更加好味喇!


食完牛舌心同天婦羅覺得有啲膩,就叫咗份
【胡麻豆腐蕃茄沙律🥗】同埋【豚肉豆苗卷】~份沙律比想像中大份,淋上咗胡麻醬汁既豆腐食起黎更加嫩滑~而個豚肉豆苗卷就係用咗日本豆苗捲成既,因為豆苗既份量好多,所以食落就冇平時食豚肉卷既油膩咁~
