老婆出外公幹,尋晚凌晨機返到香港之後問佢最掛住香港啲咩野食,二話不說就係順興。於是一朝早落去食早餐,叫左好多人慕名而來既滑蛋菠蘿油。明明只係三樣野:皮脆鬆軟既菠蘿包,一磚冰凍既牛油,熱辣辣既滑蛋,點解可以咁夾?牛油未溶之前先食一啖,可以係口中同時感受到冰與火。而當牛油開始溶既時候,下面既滑蛋充分吸收左牛油既精華令到入口更滑。估唔到一個菠蘿油都可以有兩種食法!成日覺得大坑呢個地方不只充滿美食,仲好有人情味,下次再分享下我食左啲咩好野~
