呢間餐廳真係唔錯又座得舒服,飲返杯白酒先~本身對酒冇咩認識嘅我,都唔知飲咩好嘅時候,老闆就走出嚟,問吓我鍾意飲咩味道嘅酒,佢就介紹咗我飲呢隻,聞落有好香嘅蕃石柳味,果味都好重,好吸引人再飲第二杯。蕃茄沙律,用唔同地方出產嘅蕃茄加水牛芝士,黑醋嘅材料造成。材料好簡單但淨係蕃茄已經有唔同嘅口感,有啲爽口啲,有啲林身 ,原來連營養都會唔一樣,係健康嘅選擇。野菌汁薯蓉焗鴨脾,呢道菜原來花咗好多時間去煮,首先醃製嘅時間,再要慢焗一次,再要高溫再焗,起碼要用一日時間,鴨脾食落完全冇蘇味,外皮好脆,切落去嘅時候肉汁就慢慢滲出嚟,點少少野菌汁就更好。餐廳除咗食物質素高之外,我都幾欣賞老闆對客人嘅態度,會細心講解每一道菜,又會傾下計。傾傾下仲送多杯白酒俾我飲,完全無架子,呢餐飯連我朋友都讚。
