To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日入大埔探老媽,經過大埔中心超級城,有間家傳滬曉嘅上海菜,都唔錯值得一試。雖然已經是兩點多了,門外依然排隊,但很快便能安排入座。店員有禮貌,而且招呼周到。小籠包$65 ~一籠五隻,熱呼呼的小心熨嘴啊,皮薄餡靚,肉質香甜。嫩雞煨麵$62.~湯底清香,嫩雞份量多,能做到青菜與嫩雞味互相平衡,好味。露荀山藥炒蓮片$105~這個原本味道不錯,可惜食材不夠新鮮,青筍太老有渣,藕片切得太厚,只淮山又硬又實完全沒淮山的清香味。有進步空間。排骨$118~排骨走油,再加上香醋,在上面灑上松子,味道一般。環境寬堂舒適。
