To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大埔中心終於開返三哥啦😆唔使去到大埔墟先有得食，而家好多地方嘅三哥質素都比以前差咗🥲呢間新開一個星期左右質素終於返番之前😋，而且呢間嘅裝修好日式嘅感覺，設有吧枱嘅位，而且店舖都幾大，今次試咗佢哋嘅新品蒜辣雞翼尖，辣度五小辣，食到🌶四隻左右就開始感覺到辣，而且佢辣嘅味道好惹味，會令人食唔停，另外試咗佢哋嘅哈密瓜飲品🍈，個人認為味道比較假而且偏甜，唔係太推介，但係入面都有幾粒哈密瓜味爆珠，口感幾得意🙈
