相信大埔人一定對八鯨唔陌生,價錢平民,款式多,質素高,我由中學開始已經幫襯啦😛~ 唯一問題就係無論平日定周末,差不多任何時候都要等位。星期六大概兩點鐘到,等左半個鐘多D先有位。而且午市去到三點就完,想食到最齊全既菜式就要早D到了!🤭 本身想叫個碎葱三文魚井配面豉湯,可惜由於太晏已經無得叫。😿於是叫左個食過好多次既定食: 鐵板三文魚、金菇肥牛捲、炒雜菜配飯及面豉湯 $64大大塊三文魚,用鐵板煎至表皮香脆,肉質唔會實到硬邦邦,魚油令三文魚更光澤誘人。金菇肥牛捲分量足夠,肥牛唔會煎到好老,金菇吸收曬肥牛肉汁,不過一D都唔油膩。再配上椰菜、菇、紅蘿蔔等炒成既炒雜菜。雜菜爽脆,吸收左肉汁後唔會好寡,調味得宜。除此之外,呢度既燒鰻魚飯都好出名,下次再去試下先!
