To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友慶祝生日，所以就入左大尾督食泰國菜。聽講呢間餐廳成日大排長龍，所以就睇下有幾好味。我叫左個焗薄餅，佢牛油味好重，唔需要點任何醬都好好味，而且外脆內軟，非常推薦。跟住我地叫左個魷魚炒通菜。佢炒得好有鑊氣，魷魚好爽口，如果份量多d就完美。燒鱔片係無敵，表面舖左薄薄一層既蜜糖黎燒，燒到剛剛好，淡淡肉真係好正。我地再叫左個菠蘿海鮮炒飯，佢有d肉鬆、提子乾同飯一齊炒。味道ok，正常一個炒飯。總結黎講，係唔錯既泰國菜，會想返黎再食！
