To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日星期四八點都要等位,好彩不太多人,2人枱等5分鐘就入得,等位時都有位坐,ok呀!入到去個位有D迫,因為係屏風旁邊,2人枱唔多,都無辦法啦!茶錢每位6蚊,2個人叫了小籠包,雞絲粉皮,排骨擔擔麵,揚州炒飯,高力芒果奶皇。小籠包皮厚中D,但好多肉汁同大隻。雞絲粉皮酸左D,但都不錯。排骨擔擔麵一般,個湯唔夠花生味,但有好多櫻花蝦仔係入面。而個掦州炒飯就好好味,D飯夠乾身。高力芒果奶皇就唔係好得,無咩餡,無味。但因為環境同服務都不錯,下次可以試下其他款式。
