To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大埔單車日之抵食泰國菜

🚴踩完單車夏日炎炎唔想BBQ，所以去咗忠誠食泰國菜。依間野比較出名多人食，早還車早入去食所以都唔使點等位。今次食菠蘿雞肉炒飯，但搵極都搵唔到肉，只係普通菠蘿炒飯，可能落錯單掛，但d員工係超超超忙，所以照食算。飯都唔算細，$100都唔洗真係抵，味道會有啲偏鹹，但本人比較重口味，所以味道OK 💁🏻🍹🍹方面叫咗三色珍多冰，因為餐廳入面係超超超凍，🚴完出哂汗係咁凍既環境再飲凍野好易頭痛，加上椰汁味好重，唔係好開胃，所以飲咗幾啖已經飲唔落。餐廳係有水提供，fill水速度都快既，如果唔想飲d乜乜冰可以飲水😂
