舊式上海舖一直係我的最愛,呢一間位於大埔墟的亦是我的心水之選。小籠包係由入門口右邊上海點心師傅專位入面嘅師傅即叫即蒸,等大約20分鐘左右,所以如果唔想等咁耐就一坐低就即刻叫咗先。衣家真係好少見到有呢D獨立點心小廚房的上海食店了。雪菜肉絲炒上海年糕味道唔錯,唔會好油,上海年糕煙韌,肉絲嘅肉質有彈性,雪菜又唔會太鹹。因為想食菜肉雲吞同時又想飲酸辣湯,不過叫晒兩樣野又驚食唔晒有D浪費,於是就叫咗酸辣雲吞,一次過滿足晒兩個願望。改良擔擔麵究竟改良咗喺邊呢?我嘅估計就係多咗D肉碎。重花生醬加麻醬配以上海幼麵加幾粒蒽花,當然有佢地自家嘅擔擔麵醬啦,味道都幾好。

改良擔擔麵究竟改良咗喺邊呢?我嘅估計就係多咗D肉碎。重花生醬加麻醬配以上海幼麵加幾粒蒽花,當然有佢地自家嘅擔擔麵醬啦,味道都幾好。
