很久前試過一兩次, 感覺是一般, 小菜還是可以,但小籠包印象就不太好, , 包汁都因皮穿沒有了. 突然想食小籠包, 決定再試這間老式上海舖頭, 老婆都警告咗我, 小籠包都係冇汁, 但係我估可能上兩次咁啱做得唔好, 冇理由次次都冇汁. 今次叫咗個小籠包同埋炒年糕, 炒年糕不過不失, 但小籠包仍然點蒸道皮穿肉汁走曬, $41 一籠5隻, 咁嘅價錢點解唔可以做好少少, 應該都唔會再有下次.

難得的傳統上海味道此終尋,就在大埔舊墟。先來小籠包一客,又入門口右手面點心師傅角落即叫即蒸(傳統上海食店就是有點心師傅的小廚房),油點菜到有得食大約20分鐘,所以如果心急嘅朋友可以一坐低就先點小籠包。因為想飲酸辣湯又想食菜雲吞,所以直接叫咗酸辣雲吞,一次過滿足兩個願望。酸辣湯材料好足,有雲耳絲、豬紅絲及豬皮絲等傳統材料。上海粗炒和炒年糕之間點了炒年糕,用雪菜肉絲炒,味道不錯,只是年糕有點軟林,如果煙韌一點應該會好食啲。

懷舊的老上海味道真的可遇不可求。窩貼厚厚的皮蒸焗煎的火喉做到恰到好處,點醋吃就是懷舊的味道。酸辣湯和砂鍋雲吞雞之間選了不辣的砂鍋雲吞雞,此砂鍋雲吞雞份量十足性價比高,十多顆上海菜肉雲吞加上半隻雞,雞算大隻,令湯像是少了點,不過入味好味,讚。炒上海年糕選了配三鮮,火腿片雞肉絲黃芽白,可惜年糕質感偏軟,如煙韌點估計口感更佳。松鼠黃魚貨真價實,百多元價錢CP值高。甜點選了豆沙鍋餅,份量比想像中要大,竟然可分到12件。

佢嘅豬扒可以話係我喺大埔食過最好食嘅炸豬扒 有味鬆化但係唔會冇口感
擔擔麵湯底都幾濃郁

價錢一啲都唔貴如果晏晝食就更加平

炒鱔糊味道其實唔錯,但啲特別幼嘅部位超級腥,不過好在大部份都粗啲嘅位置。張相望落好似係炒芽菜咁款🤣其實夾開啲芽菜,鱔嘅份量都有大約十幾塊。我都幾鍾意食芽菜,所以呢個份量比例對我個人黎講都接受。不過最衰就係咸,開頭第一啖覺得味道唔錯,係咸左少少,但越食越覺得咸
食完餐飯勁口渴,勁辛苦,要狂灌水🫖🫖🫖🫖🫖🫖
要改善嘅地方:
食物偏咸,如果啲野食可以無咁咸就好喇
白飯比較濕同淋左啲

可能純粹今次調味重手左啫,都會想下次返轉頭試下佢其他野掂唔掂

點撈都好,都要食到有花生醬嗰啖先有花生味,完全掛唔到喺啲麵度,呢一part 有啲遜色

上枱好夠熱,睇張相就知道,連蒸氣都影埋出嚟
個雲吞皮夠煙韌、厚薄均勻,餡料都算充足,size 正常
可惜個湯偏酸唔夠辣,對於我咁鍾意飲酸辣湯,呢碗差咗少少🥲

同埋叫咗後上,偏偏佢上齊所有嘢食就即刻上咗呢個豆沙窩餅,我仲食緊酸辣湯,邊有時間食呢一個窩餅呢?😩

這是一家位於大埔舊墟的舊式上海店,味道不錯,所以間中都會專登去幫襯,因為衣家真係好少見呢一種舊式的上海小餐館。一坐低即刻叫咗個小籠包先,因為佢地即叫即蒸,所以如果想食就叫咗先,然後先至慢慢揀其他野食。另外叫咗個上海粗炒麵,都幾好食,唔太油,係舊式上海舖的味道,佢個汁、菜絲、肉絲再加埋個粗麵都真係無得頂呀。最後叫了一杯豆漿,唔會好甜,真係幾好。

就係鍾意舊式上海舖嘅懷舊味道所以呢間店啱晒口味同心水,加上衣家呢種舊店真係買少見少,所以見到有就真係要幫襯一下。兩個人唔係食到好多野,叫咗以下三樣野食:上海粗炒麵甜鹹適中,唔會太油,啲肉絲同埋菜都算新鮮,都幾多菜,肉絲的肉質幾好。小籠包一籠五隻,即叫即蒸,好大個口嘅我可以一啖一個,女士們可能要兩啖,啲餡都幾好食幾新鮮,入面D湯唔算多,不過食嘅時候都要小心。雪菜肉絲炒年糕啲年糕比較淋,有啲黐牙,雪菜絲肉絲同埋筍絲都唔錯,幾好食。
